A lot of people who are going through life without an estate plan would take action if they knew more about it.
There are those who reason that they can always draw up a quick last will at some point in time, and they see it as being something that is very simply done. As a result, they proceed without an estate plan.
In truth there are a lot of flaws in this type of reasoning. For one thing, none of us really knows what the future holds. People do indeed pass away before their time every day.
And, executing a last will is not as simple as you may think. Beyond that, there are other ways to transfer assets, and a last will is not always the best choice. There are also additional legal instruments that everyone should have in place, such as advance health care directives.
When you know the facts you can plainly see why action is required, so awareness is key.
In an effort to spread this awareness to members of our community we offer an ongoing series of free seminars. Our March and early April dates have been released, and you can peruse them by clicking this link: Duffy Law Office, PLLC Estate Planning Seminars
When you identify the seminar that you would like to attend simply click the link above that particular event and you will reach the registration page. We do ask that you register in advance because seating is limited.
We look forward to seeing you at one of our upcoming seminars, and we assure you that you will feel as though it was well worth your time.
