It is impossible to avoid talk of bias in the media. I do not know if the mainstream media has a political bias, but I do know that it often causes a perception bias in people. We do not have to talk about politics to see how this plays out. Think about how many news reports you have seen that say somebody went to the beach today and was not attacked by a shark. Not many. We do see reports when there is a shark attack. Because we only hear about the attacks and not the non-attacks, we tend to perceive that their are more shark attacks than there are.
However, there are some things that happen a lot less frequently than we think they happen, but we should still seek to avoid even the rare occurrences. If you know a shark is swimming in the water, don’t go in. Probate works the same way. Most people do not have significant problems. It’s not as scary as you think. However, there is a possibility of severe problems that you should seek to avoid.
You should seek to avoid the Probate waters. Ask an attorney how.
