Client asked: We are opening a new account. What information do we need to take with us to get the account opened in the name of our Revocable Living Trust?
Take a copy of the signed Certificate of Trust located under the Certificate of Trust tab in your Estate Planning Portfolio.
If you do not have a Certifcate then ask the bank which pages form the trust document they need to copy in order for the title of the bank account to be held by your trust.
